ISO2037 SMS TUBE covers a wide range of tubes with internal surface finishes that have a roughness average (Ra) of < 0.8μm. Tubes in the hygienic range comply with ISO 2037. SMS is the Swedish Milk Standard which was created for the stainless steel tubing and connection elements intended for use in food industry and other hygienic application.
SMS standard connection elements are also widely used around the world, and particularly in Europe.
The maximum operating pressure is rated at 15 Bar (1.5 Mpa) in ambient temperature.
