DIN 11864 was developed as a standard for stainless steel fittings for aseptics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. It is subdivided into the following sections: DIN 11864-1: Aseptic pipe screw connections, DIN 11864-2: Aseptic flange connections,DIN 11864-3: Aseptic clamp connections.
